Our fun inspiration site today is Blumenthal Lansing. There are buttons galore at this web site and lots to be inspired by: colors, shapes, projects. I chose color--the color found here.
I was playing with the Cricut last week and cut the gate that is the center of this card. I had no idea what I would ever do with it. I also had a pack of Flea Market DP that I had never used. I chose a couple of pieces of paper from the pack that work with my inspired color and somehow this all came together. The little bird is an image on the paper and he fits perfectly with the gate. Of course, it wouldn't be complete without actually using buttons. I added a few, some ribbon, and a sentiment and that's it--another completed card.
