Jenna, I am keeping your sketch but using a different image, dp (I think yours was a stamp), and instead of a flower, made this oval of flowers. While I was in a scrapbook store over the weekend, I saw a card on a table where they had punched all these small flowers and put them around the sentiment. I used an oval die cut to place them on and added my sentiment. Then, I added my leaves where you had your sentiment.
Jenna, hope you enjoy your Queendom this week.
Harriet just let me know this would qualify for the F4A77 challenge---create a frame, so in it goes. My sentiment is framed. Thanks, Harriet.

Raise your punches high my Punchkateer Pal! This rocks! Just look at all that punching! Love the idea of framing your sentiment with teeny punched flowers. Had to fave this one my friend!

Wow, Brenda! Beautiful frame of flowers! I really like how you've adapted Jenna's layout. The simple CAS centre panel against the patterned paper panel is so striking!
