 | | this is for two challenges the Party Time Tuesday, a sea scene with a sea horse, and the Simon says stamp challenge – all white with the exception of one colored image. I used cuttlebugged dots on vellum attached as a bubbled background, then cut the seahorse with spellbinders nestie , colored the image with chalk and then attached it to the card. |
