SharonÂ’s inspiration challenge this week (SIC105) was to do Christmas pages. I had just been preparing to do this very thing, having recently reviewed my albums to see which years I might have missed. Cheryl (Motherload) had a great sketch on her blog that I used for my left page with a few tweaks. (Thanks, Cheryl!):
ItÂ’s also for the Perfectly Plaid Inspiration Challenge (SIC104).
The collage on the right is actually straight on the actual page (darn camera!)
I have 8x8 Christmas albums for each of my two DGDs and try to do a 2-pager each year. to mark how theyÂ’ve grown. IÂ’ve gotten a little behind! I just finished the one for my older DGD (previously did younger DGDÂ’s) and then itÂ’s on to 2009!

Oh my goodness! This is fantastic Wendy! I love the papers you used and all of those Christmas embellishments are adorable. I will have to check out that sketch! I like it! Great job Wendy!

Wendy, this is just darling. I love how you've created the little scene along the bottom of the layout, and of course I'm excited you used my sketch! Everything looks great. TFS.

Love how the hills at the bottom look like they are covered with snow! This is a great idea and I and doing something similar for my DD except with Halloween. She loves to look through all my albums though and always asks so many questions about when she was 'little' (she is almost 6). I know your DGD's will cherish this almost as much as they cherish you! tfs!
