The card size is 6.25" x 3.50" - cut the cardstock 6.25" x 7" and score at 3.5". The envelope is 6.5" x 3.625" and found in most dollar and department stores as Type - 6 3/4".
The skirt and collar are paper pieced using paper from the DCWV kitchen mat stack and attached with Aleene's tacky glue.
The far left balloon was stamped on the panel, the right was was cut out and glued directly onto the panel, the center was cut out and and glued on 1/4" punched circles so that all three balloons are at a different level on the card.
The out of the box technique was used for the left flower, foot and the right hand but OOPS, I cut her hand off so that tacky glue came in handy again and to hide the seam I applied Aleene's Paper Glaze and bit of glitter to form a braclet. In most cases there is always a way to fix!
Copic markers were used to color the image: hair - YR23,Y24,E35, skin E02,11,21,00, dress - YR31,Y21,R81,83,85, shoes - C0,2,3,5 balloons - Y35,23,21,YR31,E35,37, ground flowers - Y31,35.38,E35, grass - YG61,63,67, sky - B000,0000
Then envelope was stamped with a second Flowers Border and also colored with the same Copic colors. I insert a piece of scrap cardstock or old greeting card into the envelope to avoid the colors from running through to the back of the envelope.
