I haven't made a bookmark in awhile, so this was a fun idea. I used to embroider, but I wanted something a little bolder than floss. I had purchased every color of thin ribbon from Mike's when I first started this hobby and it isn't feeling much love, so I hand stitched flowers using the ribbon. Pierced stem and leaves, backed the bookmark with coordinating DP. Made the Nestie border, punched the hole and added another ribbon. Stamped the sentiment and done. Thank you so much DD and DD Alumni for these amazing challenges and all of your inspiration. I had a lot of fun and learned quite a bit!

Sorry for the poor photo...will try to get a better one in the morning light. Sigh. Thank you so much for looking. Have a peaceful day.
Edit note: I got a better daytime photo and swapped this one in. TFL
