Another fun sketch from Roxie! I turned it sideways to accommodate the strips of dp I wanted to use.
Dp is all from the Celebration stack from DCWV. I hand cut the flagged ends different lengths and matted with Island Indigo...I think I'm really going to like that color! Vertical strip is embossed with swiss dots ef. The balloons were embossed in white on vellum and sponged with daffodil, lucky limeade and pumpkin pie on front and back. They were attached with glue dots at the base of each balloon. A little stickles for shine and done! TFL!
