This is for FS232 and teristampsalot is our featured artist today. Congratulations, Teri. I had a great time browsing through your gallery. I was inspired by Teri's Thank You card. Thank You by teristampsalot at Splitcoaststampers I loved her big flower created with all the tiny multi colored roses. I kept her same basic layout, but added a layer of white over a light blue base instead of keeping to one layer like Teri's. I scored the borders of the white layer to represent Teri's inked lines. I changed the color of my flowesr to all blue and created a large hydrangea instead of using little roses. I used the Spellbinders Foliage die to create the leaves. You can check out my punched hydrangea tutorial on my blog here: http://kittiekraft.typepad.com/kitti...-tutorial.html

Beautiful card! I just recently purchased the MS Hydrangea punch after seeing samples of this flower being done with the punch. I love the effect. Haven't tried it myself yet though!

Just beautiful, Kittie! Your hydrangea is wonderful and I love the scored lines and added blue base! I need to try one of your flowers--I've looked at your instructions, but know I'd never get one to look as nice as yours.
