I saw some dp the other day that paired a bright green with turquoise blue and thought of the new Lucky Limeade in color. I wanted to play in the sketch challenge and wanted a large image I could color so I pulled out an old favorite set. I stamped in the left corner then masked and stamped twice to add some more flowers on the right. I watercolored using my Aqua pen and ink pads. The dress is Limeade and the grass is Wild Wasabi. I used Pacific Point for the hat and flowers and Tempting Turquoise for the sky, collar and sash. The butterflies and the sentiment are stamped in the new Wisteria Wonder. I punched the flowers out of watercolor paper then used my Aqua pen to add the colors.
*Of course I saw the smudge on the edge of the card AFTER I took the picture...looks like I'm cutting another card base :( Someday I'll learn to stamp without getting ink on my fingers!

Both of the sketches sets are just so delightful and versatile...so glad that you brought this one out Gail. Great idea to mask and add the other flowers, it really fills the space for the challenge shape nicely. Pretty colors and texture too. I believe that the major function of primas is to cover "oops-es", just add a flower or two! ;)
