Awesome sketch for today's sketch challenge, Roxie!! For my main panel I stamped and cut out the bird from Good Friend, cut a wing out of more of the same paper stack and assembled on some cute dp from DCWV the Green Stack. I detailed with a black marker the stitching on the bird, her eye and beak. The verse is from Verve's Text Objects and is reverse masked (for this week's TLC333).
My second layer is an embossed spellbinders die, and the third is some cherry cobbler striped with the stitched line from Text Objects.
This is for my hubby as we are celebrating our 20th anniversary this summer. TFL!

I am favoriting this! Love your colors and use of that bird! I have some of those cardboard birds that I bought a while back and have not used... I hear a casing coming on. :o) Thanks for the inspiration!
