Roxie is back and gave us a wonderful sketch with big bold panels. I did make one alteration. The narrow band was placed as the first layer on her sketch. I put it on top of the rectangle so more of the punched design would show. Hope that is legal. The poppies were colored with Copics, cut out, and then placed on the watercolored bg.

What fabulous masking and colouring - that looks like wonderful paper rather than a stamped image. I'd love curtains like that - Id' feel I lived in a garden .

Of course it's legal! Anything this beautiful can be allowed to tweak the sketch a bit! Love the punched strip and that flower is totally awesome.
