The sentiment is from Quietfire Designs layered on Spellbinders Large and Small Labels. The flower medallion is made with MS border punch - linked trim (Becca Feeken at Amazing Paper Grace has a tutorial on making one of these using MS border punches). Picked up different lace at Fabricland which was used on this card.
