Thanks for this challenge to use doilies, Toni. This gave me a chance to try something I'd been thinking about. I embossed an old SU set called favorite frame in white on Bermuda Bay then cut it out with a scalloped oval nestie. Kind of looks like a doily don't you think? The espresso panel is stamped in weathered bg and you can just see a bit of the MS doily border punch peeking out the side (just in case my frame doesn't count). The flower is made with my new TH Tattered Flowers die. The smaller flower is stamped in peach parfait with the fine flourish stamp and then attached with an antique brad. The Verve sentiment is stmped in espresso ink. I added some piercing at the bottom and everything is sponged!!
This is for a friend who is going through some tough times right now. She likes bright colors and shabby chic so I hope she'll like this card. Thanks for reading!

So creative using white embossing to create the doily look! I absolutely love these colors together, and what a beautiful bow and antique brad paired with this lovely flower!
