I used kraft cs as the base. I used DCWV pre-embossed baby sentiment white cs, cut into 3 strips then layered with red cs. I stamped the image with black stazon, colored with a red Bic It marker, cut out & added white buttons with red/white twine for the wheels. I used a large circle punch on GP white cs & added black swirls with a black sharpie. The buggy & the circle is raised with 3D squares. I added bazzill red ric rac border across the bottom, then used a white Signo pen & added mini black metal beads.
I needed a baby card, this was perfect.
Things I changed: colors, changed butterfly to buggy
