"Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?"
"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to," said the Cat.
"I donÂ’t much care where--" said Alice.
"Then it doesnÂ’t matter which way you go," said the Cat.
"--so long as I get SOMEWHERE," Alice added as an explanation.
"Oh, youÂ’re sure to do that," said the Cat, "if you only walk long enough."
Lewis Carroll
(Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Chapter 6)
Unlike Alice, Tiny Teacher Toby Turtle knows just where he is going. He knows when he will get there because he knows that the school is just 152 steps from his home. He also knows that 152 is his age (in human years) and so that makes it very easy to remember. He is diligently counting his steps.. when he finishes making 152 steps, he will be at Turtle School where he will teach all the other little turtles how to count so they will not lose their way in this life!
And by the way..... Tiny Teacher Toby Turtle has 42,000 students and they are each eating a cookie!

Oh my goodness! Welcome to the tea party! I can't believe you are just a first timer. You are a pro with the story! A great story, and a wonderful card! Your turtle is sooo cute! He doesn't look 152! We needed a teacher to teach us how to count! GF, you can come in the front door (you have a number on your card) and you get extra cookies for your story! Just don't tell Mothermark, I said so! Hehe!

Tee hee! Welcome to the teaparty Marie!! Whoot! So glad you could come...and welcome to Tiny Teacher Toby Turtle as well! What a fun litle card you created to bring to the teaparty! The coloring you put to this great image rocks!! 152 turtle students, 152 slow but steady steps to 152 Turtle School! Love your story, love your card! And guess what?
I hide cookies for the newbies! Yup, 152 of them! Follow me and don't tell the teapotters or else they will eat em all up before I can remember where I hid them! Snort!

Marie, this is just a wonderful card!! I love your turtle and that great story! Welcome to the teaparty!! The Mudder keeps cookies for the newbies, if she can ever remember where she hid them. I don't think the trusts the seasoned tea potters!!
