This is awesome. I'm thinking she ran the vellum through the xyron machine, with a mask where she didn't want any glitter, then put on the glitter......and made a very stunning card for us to enjoy. I Don't have a xyron and would love to copy... embossing powder would curl the vellum....... any suggestions on how to make this same effect??

Yall are was wonderful for the spirit with your comments - thanks so much. This was actually pretty easy. I took a 5 1/4 x 4 piece of white cardstock and cut it in half longways. Then I ran the two pieces through the xyron machine. Then, CAREFULLY I cut just the top layer of the sticker paper on half of the card. I pulled that off, poured the glitter on, then pulled off the other half and added the other color glitter. I then did the other piece of paper the same and then just mono-ed them onto the blue. The cake is embossing on a piece of winter white and then layered on the vellum. The vellum is just there as a layer, I didn't do anything to it. Thanks!
