This week's featured stamper is Tami Mayberry. I had my card done yesterday but still have internet issues - am finally on again this a.m.
Congratulations - Tami, your gallery has so many lovely cards. My CAS cards never look nearly as good as the original - so I went way back to find this one of yours: Thank You WT217 by Tami Mayberry at Splitcoaststampers
It has one of my favorite color combos (well, ok, I have several!) as well as a favorite image - though mine is slightly different than the SU one. After I completed the card I noticed it had been favorited 112 times - so I am not the only one who liked it!!!
I kept the same layout and colors - added a base card, and, for balance, flipped the knot as my image is facing the other way. Also I stamped twice (is this called overstamping?) to make the image a bit larger. Actually, I did the shadow first, then just took a strip of scrap paper and covered the left half so that part did not get too busy - then stamped in darker ink.I am happy with the way that turned out.
I also have different dew drops and a slightly different sentiment.
Enjoy your week, Tami!

Very well done .... I have this image, too, and you've given me new inspiration with your very pretty creation!

Oooo! I love your case too! It was hard not to use this fabulous color scheme, one of my favorites too. Amazing how we can look at a card and make two totally different cards, baased on the same one. Love your image, it's a wonderul silhouete. TFS!
