Participating in the Waltzingmouse monthly waltz. As I am still trying to decide on my first purchase (and a little mouse told me I might want to wait until the July release), I used a freebie template called the Sweetie Pouch.
The challenge was to make something 4th of July or Americana. I was digging around looking for a good 4th of July paper to use and came across the picnic tablecloth paper. My best childhood memories are of the neighborhood picnic we had every 4th of July so I ran with it.
Then, kismet, I came across a package of picnic related dimensional stickers. Add a doily liner, a cellophane baggie full of yogurt covered raisins, and a goofy red fuzzy bee and you have a hostess gift.
This will be for my friend Julie who has invited us over for a Father's Day bar-b-que.

Oh sooo cute, what a fun little picnic treat! Your ant is too cute to be a picnic menace, hee! The plaid stamping on the treat pouch looks great. I think that is my fave template of all time, so easy to put together, and it looks amazing when it's stamped and filled up with goodies! Great job for the waltz!
