I know a lot of you are diehard wood mount stampers, and I am too, but some of the older sets I can not bear to part with need to be unmounted for space reasons! Did not touch my special House Mouse, Peanuts or Penny Black stamps LOL!

Oh my god I have already started doing this after getting a couple of stampin up's unmounted sets. And sticking the clear cover on the wooden block on the sticky part of the foam. And I have some tack it over from years ago I found and used it. I then got some 3" or 4" inch ring binders and some clear acetate and sheet protectors. I label the sheet protectors according to catagories just like in the stampin up catalog and stick them to the acetate and slide them down into the sheet protectors. All stored in a 3 or 4 inch thick three ring binder. Not sure what to do with the blocks. I will have to use Oops or something like it to get the rest of the glue off. I am glad to see someone posted a photo tutorial. But they are so easy to store in a binder. And I have clear blocks so I don't miss the wooden ones. I wish stampin up would have all of their stamps set for clear blocks not just a few. They are cheaper which I alway like. And sometimes it allows me to get two sets instead of just one. But alas most of the sets I like are on wooden blocks. I think it is a great idea. Take care, Cindy M.
