Hello, I made this for this weeks Bugaboo Challenge on the Catch the Bug Blog! This weeks challenge was to use pearls & lace, and I'm hoping a lacey die cut counts!
I used Stella Nurse, a Bugaboo image available in stamp form at Totally Stampalicious. I can't take credit for this card design, I was totally inspired by this card Happy Bear-day by *1 wacky woman* at Splitcoaststampers
I spotted it on SCS yesterday then found this Marianne die at my local stamp store so of course I had to get it!!!
I stamped Stella twice onto white. One I coloured with copics and cut out, the other was cut out with an oval nestie.
The large lacey circle was cut from white and scored in half. Then I added a pink pirouette scallop circle, a barely banana circle and dp from the DCWV Nana's Nursery pad. I cut the circles in half so it was easier to fold & open the card base.
For the flower, I started with the 5 star petal punch, some pieces that came in the Marianne Designs die (LR0112). The leaves were made with the cricut for another project, these were left over.
The sentiment is from the Stella Nurse set. I finished it off by adding pearls to the flower, Stella's earrings and the sentiment tag.

Adorable - I love Stella - she always makes me laugh! What an awesome card with the scallops, circles, etc. You've created a beautiful card! I tracked back to find the directions and made a copy. I will put it on my "eventually to do" list.
