It's time for the Stampin'B challenge this week. Lois, a/k/a clownmom, is our hostess this week. She challenged us to make a one layer card with 3 colors and 2 stamps.
Lois, you're killin' me girl. I don't make 1 layer cards, so I was a little out of my comfort zone. At first, I stamped this image, colored, etc. just on white card stock; but, of course, I felt like it needed a little more. So, I added the tulip ef frame and some pearls. Okay, I can live with this. But, don't do this to me again Lois!!!
If you'd like to join in the fun, just click onto StampinB on my signature line. We'd love to see your work. For those of you who do such beautiful CAS cards, I think this challenge was made for you.
Make sure to add keyword StampinB to your SCS upload.
Have a great week!

Oh, it is a beautiful one layer and I don't see that you had one speck of trouble with this CAS. Love the pearls spread around your blooms and, of course, that ef framed it beautifully.
O.K., I'm not 91 just yet...give me a few more days. Be a sport. LOL

Ay-yi-yi - one layer cards scare me - unless they're made by someone else and as pretty as this one is. I just struggle to make them myself - loves me my layers! You nailed it Pamzi. And the embossing is the perfect finishing touch. Yup, pretty hard to add much punching to a one-layer card! But you got lots of pearls on there to make up for the lack of punching. Hugz to you my OPP. RYPH!

You *did* it!! Pamzi, you actually DID it!! You made a one-layer card and lived to tell about it. And I must say, it is stellar. Beautiful coloring, great use of pearls. And the addition of that embossed frame is just perfect--perfectly lovely.

Pam, I did that challenge specifically because I don't do one-layer cards either! You sure did a good job on something you supposedly don't do well. I love the pearls in your flowers.

Your card is beautiful, Pam. You did an awesome job on the image and the added pearls are so pretty! I know what you mean - I have a hard time doing the "direct to paper" and "CAS" really kills me - I can't stop myself, I want to keep adding "stuff."
