I used an inked Sizzix Tim Holtz embossing folder on green CS for the base. Then I stamped Paper Inspirations Gibson Girl and added an Extra Button envelope and a tag from something I bought. I stamped French Script on the extra button envelope, added a piece of embossed vellum on top, and put a computer generated sentiment inside. This can be pulled out by unwinding the ribbon off the brad and pulling it out.
I used a pink piece of vintage trim on the left and put a Nestibilities die cut butterfly made with a vintage dictionary page and part of a Tim Holtz paper pad.
The front sentiment in the punched oval is computer generated and I added a music note because shopping makes me sing. thanks for looking.

I like this vintage-feel, distressed card! All of the design elements, especially the newsprint + Tim's paper butterfly are awesome. I like that embossing folder ... hmmmm ... do I have that one? Heehee!
