For Ways to Use It challenge WT325 ... to use die cuts!

I used my Spellbinders ovals and circles. Pretty simple layout - just stacked the various layers - with dimensionals in between for dimension.

It's hard to tell from the photo, but the dress image has tons of glitter and shine!! The sentiment is clear embossed.
