I'm still enjoying my month of May as Guest Designer for the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday blog challenge. http://flourishes.org/category/timeless-tuesday/
Dee Jackson is hostess this week and asked that we make a box or bag using Flourishes stamps. You can make your own or use a pre-made box/bag. I chose to purchase a paper mache box from Hobby Lobby and picked up the Ceramcoat acrylic paint in light ivory and painted my box.
The Flourishes image from the Birds and Vines set is stamped on the Spellbinders Grand Nestabilitie Labels 4.
The butterfly is cut with a QuicKutz die. The top layer is black and the bottom is made using Spellbinders Premium Craft foil in gold.
The challenge did not call for cards but I made a trio of CAS cards. You can see these and a close up of the butterfly and box on my blog: http://benzistampz.blogspot.com/

Hey there Benzi!! This is wonderful - love that gorgeous butterfly! Makes for a very pretty box to store punches and things in! ;-) I'm still struggling to catch up as I've been a bit under the weather since we got home. Catch you later. Hugz.

Brenda, I popped over to your blog to view the whole set and it is so gorgeous and elegant. The box alone is so pretty, but the added card set is such an elegant wow factor!!

Benzi this is just gorgeous! I love the elegance of the black and white (your bow is scrumptious!) and the image that you chose is perfect. Love that pop of gold on you 'fly! Your cards are pretty too - TFS.

Benz, I know I'm a little late commenting. I've been off line a lot the past couple of days. You used such wonderful creativity on this project. LOVE the box, the beautiful bow, the flowing image and that butterfly is to die for - You would make Jo proud. You're doing a fantastic job showcasing Flourishes images!

Benzi - if Pamzi is late commenting, I am really, really, really late. This box is so beautiful. It is elegant and just seems to hold the promise of something magnificent inside. I really love it and would case it if I thought I could! WOW!

Oh Benzi this is stunning. I adore that butterfly and the pretty stamped piece on the top. The black ribbon bow was the perfect fininshing touch. What a great item to present a cherished gift in. Awesome!

Benzi.....what amazing work!! Totally stunning. Some of your most beautiful work, I think. The one 'splash' of blue on the one card was absolutely brilliant!!!
