Used a Sassy Cheryl's digi image to say good bye to our little angel, Abby. It was very hard to say good bye but she is out of pain and dancing in heaven!! Her father said a very nice good bye on Caring Bridge which you can find here . Her prom dress was this color and one of her friends dressed in this color when giving a testimonial of her life through her cancer and her love of God!!
Abby's parents gave me a BIG hug for all of you who sent cards and prayers for their little girl. I thank all of you too!!!
hugs to all.

What a beautiful card, I saw the card & pulled it up then I saw what you said I don't know you or Abby but I do know the pain of loosing loved ones! My brother & I are very close & he just died Feb 13, 2011. I have been a wreck ever since. I like how you said "but she is out of pain and dancing in heaven!!" And would have so say this is what we must tell ourselves, that they are out of pain and w/ God! I don't know how old Abby was when she passed, I'm assuming young. My brother had just turned 35. No matter the age they were it's way to young to see them go. I do feel for you and Abby's family! My prayers are w/ you all during this sad time. But I have read in the bible where it says not to cry for the dead because they are out of their pain & misery. I found it in Rev. and in another book of the Bible. Peace to you & yours.

Oh, Connie, your card brought tears to my eyes, as it did when Cindy told us the news. I was just sending her monthly cards and didn't know any of them at all, but it was just so, so sad to lose someone so young.

Sis, after reading Greg's message, I am all but speechless. What courage and faith this 15 year old had. Her song shows that her heart was wrapped in trusting Jesus alone, even to take her home. Your card is a beautiful tribute to this precious girl. I love the image and how the "dance" takes center stage. Someday, we can all hug Abby. Your thoughtfulness in this card just hugged me. Much love....
P.S. The tree has never looked more beautiful....lymi
