 | | I realized I needed a grad card for tonight. The recipient is graduating from- wait for it- ART SCHOOL! This was a hard one. Nothing cutsie would do, nothing feminine. I was reduced to something simple with a great thought.
I reached for the old stand-by- Lovely as a Tree. I inked the stamp with Going Grey, stamped off once. The sentiment is from a retired set. I edged the panel with silver leaf pen and lifted it on dimensionals. The base has the awesome framed tulips embossed. I finished it with silver twine.
What do you think? I appreciate your comments and hope he doesn't laugh at this. You should see this young man's work. It's amazing. |
