Yesterday I went on a trail ride with DH. Today I think my giddy-up-n-go has got-up-n-left. I am pooped! Would have posted this earlier but after cleaning pools, having the refrigerator repaired because it was over 60 degrees inside the refrigerator I then crashed on the couch for a "little" nap. Awww, I feel much better now....my card.....
Today Faith, Markie's Mom is our new Queen. Whoo Hoo Faith! Enjoy your much deserved reign. I have to admit, there is no way I could case one of your cards. So this card is in honor of all that you do. Plus it has lot's of your signature dots on it. hehe
I also made this for the "Pick my Pocket" challenge. Of course, I just made a lame pocket shape and put a great big flower button on the top flap.....which you can't see because of the great big flower button! hehe
I used glossy linen cs that I swiped the denim ink pad over giving it that denim jean look. Made my sparklie pocket doing a lot of different stuff, too numerous to list. hehe Stamped and colored with tombow markers the flower, cut it out and put it on the faux pocket flap.
On the top half of the glossy linen I swiped a red pepper pad for the "shirt" look. Added a "belt and belt loops". Put my put together pocket on the faux jeans adding a die cut button with gold thread to the center of the button. Added all the black dots to the edges and white enamel dots around the pocket.... Done.
Well, back to the couch! hehe.......TFL :0)

A fun trip back to the 60's with this, Cathy! Great faux denim, and I love the smattering of colors on the pocket. Yeah for those of us old enough to remember Flower Power.
