The inspiration for this little tugboat was from my grandson. He loves to play in the water. All of the card was made with scraps except the base. The tugboat was cut freehand; to create tires used paper hole punch then smaller hole punch to cut out center. Cloud and tag also freehand cut. Used gray marker to color in cloud then white flock to create some dimension. Used CB embossing border to create waves, cutting strips then layering. Photo unclear but used paper piercing along red decking border. Used several dimensional pop ups for tugboat and tucked under waves. Hope you enjoy. Thanks for stopping by.....
