I started this card yesterday for the Ways to Use It challenge #320 - make a card for a boy. But, all I got done was cut out the robot before my grandson woke up from his nap! So, I finished it today while he's sleeping and also used today's Free 4 All challenge #62 - to use many layers.
The robot is from a Recollections set. I stamped him on silver mirror paper twice and on white once. I cut the entire image out of the silver, the head out of silver, and his "control panel" out of white. I glued on the white piece and used foam squares to add the popped up head. I also added "googlie" eyes. The papers are from an old Sizzix pad. I embossed the black with D'Vine Swirls and sanded it down. I cut the circles with Nestabilities. The circle layer is mounted on foam squares, also. The sentiment is from PTI's Birthday Basics set.
