I just had to try this one. The basketball is embossed in terra cotta EP on black card stock & punched out, then layered on several layers of cardboard from the back of a note pad, so it's about 1/8" thick. The net is lifted off the backboard, so the ball will actually fall through the net. For the backboard, I stamped Weathered in chocolate chip on vanilla, then dragged going gray and close to cocoa over it for more texture. The whole project took me forever, because I had to do a lot of figuring to make it work, but it was a really fun project.

Ver Cute idea! I'm gonna have to make these as party favor gifts for my son's birthday...Thanks so much for sharing! Where did you get this idea from, or would you mind e-mailing basic instructions on the CD shaker idea.

Oh!!! I get it now. I'm a little slow at times but I couldn't figure out why the basketball would fall through the hoop - THEN I read and noticed about the CD case. Light bulb finally went off - so this is a really cool "card".
