After over two hours..yes TWO hours of futzing with this card, I'm finally happy with it. I was really struggling with it, and felt like there was too much white space. Also, this was the first time I used the Take a Spin stamp set, and I was CONVINCED I had circle and scallop dies...so my card was all planned out in my head...but alas I only have square and oval dies! So, back to the drawing board I went. And I sketch out my cards on graph paper first so I literally mean back to the drawing board!
Anyway...long story short...here's the card I came up with for this week's sketch and color challenges. I'm extremely pleased with how it came out, and the color challenge was perfect for me this week as I needed to make a baby card for a co-worker. I do admit that the co-worker is a guy so all of the dazzling diamonds might be a bit over the top, but I think they make the card! I also love all of the brads, which look like candy to me. Links to the challenges are below, and I hope you enjoy the card!

I HEAR you about the white space and I feel your agony. This was a hard one for me too. You made an excellent card. I especially like the different dp together and the sparkles.
