 | | Congrats to Lois, our Queen for the day! Lois, your galley is beautiful, fun and inspiring! I chose this card because I wanted to try something new- and your tree spoke to me! (And your waves were delish!) I could not get waves in my ocean, so I settled for some sand. Hope your week is full of good things, you surely deserve it!
This is also for the Twisted Sister challenge to make an April Fool's' card with a surprise inside. I made two of these cards as Congrats for new employees, who have very challenging jobs. The inside reads "Congrats" and below that, "Got Margaritas?" I think they will get a chuckle from that, considering how hard they work.
I sponged the clouds in Bashful Blue over a torn paper towel, and used a post it note (Thanks Tater) to mask off the bottom and sponge in the ocean and tore a piece of sand paper to make the beach. The trees and palms were then stamped over the bg.
