Yesterday, I played cards with my 'Aunt' Joan who loves to play cards - I am so glad she was willing to follow me down the card path (she is addicted to scrapbooking but I recently got her addicted to card-making too). She wanted to do a challenge so we tried the Inspiration challenge. I had brought zero beach things with me (poor planning on my part) and Joan didn't have any either, but she does have two (yes, two) Cricuts (I told she was addicted). We found some coral and some starfish things, and she expertly cut them out. She also has this amazing Cat Eye chalk that we used to color our 'ocean'. It was so fun to play this challenge with Joan and her Cricut.
This was the item from OuterBanks Trading Group that inspired us:

Nancy, how fun to play 'cards' with a friend/relative! BTW, you spelled cricut perfectly. I love this very nautical CAS card for this inspiration. Whoa, pretty neat work.

This is adorable. What fun to play cards with your Aunt. What a hoot that she has two cricuts....I can't even get out the little one I have because their is just not enough time in the day to craft. Cute card.

Very pretty, Nancy! I have a Cricut but I never use it. It is pretty and pink...so girly. Someday.....hopefully. Made it through the day but did have to run to the storm shelter basement at the community center with my neighbor and her dogs. Yep, they let dogs in. Hope you made it through the day in good shape. Love your card and I know you and your Aunt had a great time together.
