This turtle really doesn't belong in an ocean, look how little his flippers are! Oh well! ;) I used what I thought was called the Faux Mosaic technique, but I don't see that in the resource section, so it must be called something else! After the image was stamped and colored, I used a recycled wood block and rubber scraps to make a mosaic design. Inked it up with Versamark, stamped over the image, and embossed with clear embossing powder. Then sponged on ink to give the grout effect, wiping the excess off of the embossed surface. TFL!

This is so great! It's like looking into a pool or, in this case, the ocean. It reminds me of one of the clear see-through pools you'll see in aquatic musems. I think it's just so cool. Great work with the turtle and mosaic.
