Was this a fun card to make (even though it took a long time!)
Stamped image and coloured with prismacolour pencils. Cut first layer then used SB die to cut 2nd layer. Used a Nellie's die to cut around image.
Used distressed inks on Tim Holtz Resist kraft cs until the colour matched my main card. Added more distress inks on 2nd layer and edge of main card.
Put image back into die and sponged around the inside of frame. Distressed edges a bit just to add very subtle colour. Layered and mounted image on pop dots. Added the epoxy bubble stickers along the edge (sometimes I just love M's - this was a 79 cent bargain!) Added a very thin layer of liquid applique to marshmallows then heat set. Added stickles to steam. Would love to hear what you think.
This was a sketch challenge and I also made it for a 16 yr old's (Abby's) birthday. Abby is facing some major health challenges and through a Teapot Tuesday challenge (Destination Station), I'll be sending this to her. tfl

Oh my goodness! This is so very precious! I simply love the fun image and wonderful colors you chose! And don't think I didn't notice the bath bubbles up the side of the card! Tee hee! And the ones in the teacup! Awww...the life! Hope she doesn't get interuppted by some stinkin' cat somewhere! Ha! Love it!

This is just so very cute - a marshmallow bubble bath - except I think's he's eating his marshamallows! Just made me smile - it's very sweet and I know it will make Abby smile as well!

wow....I know this took a long time to make and what a success!!! this is adorable. love the the little critter and the marshmallows flowing everywhere. wish I had a cup!!! Thank you so much for making this awesome card to celebrate Abby's 16th birthday. You are sooooooo sweet!!

So very cute and colorful!! The time you spent on this sure does show!! I love the sweet House Mouse image, yumm hot chocolate with LOTS of marshmallows! I am really loving the Nellie's frame die!! Abby is sure to love this card!
