 | | Having fun with the new Framed Tulips embossing folder. Here's a great tutorial by Sharon Field for adjusting it to different sizes:
http://createdbyu.blogspot.com/2010/...med-tulip.html
The Early Spring image is watercolored on smooth watercolor paper (Artist's Loft pad purchased at Michaels). To keep the lilies white, I first colored the centers yellow with the Barely Banana marker and then colored them in with my Versamarker and embossed with clear embossing powder. I added DD glitter to the stamens with the Quickie Glue Pen.
I used dimensionals to pop up the Framed Tulips image layer. You can't see it in the photo, but the layer under the dry embossed layer is SU's textured Whisper White cardstock.
Finished card measures 4 1/2 x 7 inches. |
