Today's card was created for the ODBDSLC41. The challenge is to use at least two colors from pink, blue, ivory and yellow. The sun (pun intended) was created by layering 3 different spellbinder die cuts, lacey circles, petite scalloped circles large and the standard circles large. The sun was originally white cardstock and was colored with two inks, CTMH Sunflower and Hollyhock, to achieve the look of a sunrise. The sentiment is from ODBD, The Lord Has Risen, one of my all time favorite Easter sets. The body of the card consists of layers of card stock and designer paper accented with paper punching. The ribbon is a double layer, satin underneath with a crochet ribbon on top. I topped it off with a triple bow and mulberry rose accent.
