Embossed the card front with some difficulty, as you can see...the dots don't go quite to the edge in 1 corner. Embossed the label die.
The 'cameo' is spellbinders beaded oval: after die cutting, run it thru again with mat and 2xcardstock to emboss. Leave die in place...sponge edges first with a light dye ink, then sponge in closer to centre as desired.
Remove die, allow to dry for a few minutes...then stamp your image over the top & color as desired.
You can't tell from the photo, but there's glossy accents on the flower and the sponged bead bits. Looks better IRL.
