Get Well greeting for one of my favorite people- Nichole. This Mo Manning image always gets my funny bone. The dog looks skeered to death, and the girl is struggling, but you can feel the love in it. Reminds me of childhood days, and how a pup could be your best friend. Dogs always love ya!
Main image was masked and Rubbernecker (Kitty Kit) were used to make the background and trees.

Oh pat your images are always so incredible! your scenery behind the little girl holding her doggie is amazing and your coloring of her is so beautiful even down to her sparkly red shoes and hearts on her jacket, and then the wonderful homely look with that real picket fence and the gingham ribbon, all together gives it that true signature of a Pat Smethers work of art. I love it sis.

Tee hee hee! This card is sure to make anyone get well! LOVE the picket fence and gingham ribbon to go with your little scene. That image is hysterical--the doggy is a bit, well, rotund. And stiff legged.

Ahh, the love of a little girl for her pet - who is almost as big as her!!! Marvelous Background with the Kitty kit - another thing to learn how to do! Your special touches of the stitching and the gingham make this card so super sweet - and gotta LOVE your use of the stickles! Nichole will treasure this, Sis!!
