I'm not good at writing stories, but I love to read what every writes with their cards, so creative. I keep hoping that if I do this challenge long enough some of that creativity will rub off on me...smile...
My card: On my card, the curtain, valance and hat were all hand made by me. I made the curtain, and valance with designer paper and a punch. The carpet is made with red felt, and the hat with pieces of left over lace, ribbon and cardboard.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Wow, the creativity was flowing when you did this card, Girl!! You "made the curtain, the valance and the hat" No small feat, considering how wonderful they look!! Love that you paper pieced the dress, and gave the red carpet some REAL texture!! Be proud - this card is an award winner in my book!!
Hugs!!

There use to be this costume designer named "Edith Head" that won the award for best costumes almost every year. Ms. Head eat your heart out, this new designer in town also designs and sews the stage draperies! You did good.

Awesome - love the red carpet and plush drapes and valance. The lady has a lovely dress and hat and is ready for the press bulbs to start flashing! Pretty card!
