This background was easy peasy! I used colorwash sprays from Stamp Zia on watercolor paper. I sprayed one color at a time and let it dry before applying the next color. Silver metallic inks were randomly dotted on the panel.
Of course, I did not have any "cute" fish stamps, but found this one in my digi file. I don't know where it is from so if you recognize it let me know!
The fish were colored with copics and popped up on the panel.

Wow, I love your creativity in creating this beautiful, vivid background for your fish. In the Caribbean these bold colors really exist and you've captured it so well. Just a unique way to inspire us and remind us of new things to try. YEA!
