todays teapot tuesday challenge is to bring on the owls, lots of them..
I brought these owl twins.. Owlina and Owlita.
they are very sweet and super shy! the plan is to just sit back and let all the rowdy bunch battle out whooo's the one to be king of the sacred branch! then work their way in with gentle sweetness. and sit beside the winner! well thats the plan anyway...
the coloring is gamsol/prisma pencils. the chocolate frame is white centered bazzil sanded lightly.
thanks for stopping by~ have the best day!

Owlina and Owlita! What are you doing here? You better not let AuntLou
Whoo catch you gawkin at those red feathered, red high heeled hootin' and a hollarin' high falootin' hootin' hussies! She raised you to be shy and quiet......in the background waiting patiently for opportunity.....this is not what she had in mind! Can Can owls? Are you kidding me?
Ooh....I see what you mean! I love those red high heels....do you think its hard to stay in step like that? To heck with ole Aunt LouWhoo.....lets get closer!
Judy, I know that's your story and your sticking to it but don't think you can fool me with your tale of shy and quiet little owls! The two look like Can Can owls in the making, you sly one! I know....I know....that's your story!!!
Hee! OMG! The work you put into this is incredible! Just incredible...the cutting! Yikes! I love it!!!

The whole design of this reminds me of my great-grandparents' wedding photo. They were standing basically where the owls are and the background matting on the photo was the same swirls. Always loved that photo. Great job on your card.
