This is one of the cards that I made for my January Card Club. I started with red cardstock and stamped heart images in the corners with black ink. Next, I accented the corner images with a white gel pen. I have heard this called the "Bandana" technique. I edged the red with black ink. Next I die cut and embossed Nestabilities Labels 15, once in black and then smaller in white. I then stamped the heart image with black and then colored in with red marker and highlighted it with a Stardust Gelly Roll pen. The white piece was then mounted onto the black piece with dimensional foam adhesive squares. The black piece was then attached to the red base with more dimensional adhesive. Lastly, the sentiment piece was punched and stamped with black and mounted with dimensional adhesive.
