Card is on black cardstock from SU, the shimmer black is from Pearls at Joanns, and the metal piece is lightweight brass. Used the Cuttlebug embossing folder "Leafy Branches" to emboss the metal piece and then used Scotch double sided tape to put that on the card. Used the SU 2 Step Bird punch for the birds and made one from the shimmer paper and one from black flocked paper from Hobby Lobby. The crystals for their eyes are also from there. Used ribbon from the stash. **When working with metal be careful in handling it. Also used the paper trimmer to trim the edges and used an older trimmer blade as to not ruin a new one.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments---I have worked with aluminum foil before but this is the first time I have been able to work with a real (lightweight) metal---as soon as I saw it I knew it would be really nice for embossing--once I saw the branches I thought of the bird punch and so it goes---TFL!
