I recently discovered the amazing gallery of Pat Smethers and I wanted to make a card using some of her embellishment ideas. This card is my version of her awesome style. It is not a direct case, just a tribute to her work.
I did the reverse masking technique to make the heart shape and I used the direct ink to embossing folder technique for the background panels.
I'm giving this to my hubby for Valentine's Day.
Thanks for looking.
Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!

I see Pat found this. I knew it would delight her as soon as I saw it. She has a heart of gold and, as you said, an amazing style. She was just chosen to be one of the Splitcoast "Dirty Dozen". If you have a 'Fan Club' membership there's a special gallery.
Your card is wonderful - hope your hubby enjoyed it. Love the flowers and all the die-cuts/punching. What a fun embossing folder - love the sponging you've added to the bg. Great card. Keep 'em coming!
