I couldn't resist making another card for the inspiration challenge. This one was inspired by this folk art piece http://www.uncommongoods.com/product...tin-flower-art I'd seen the owl punch used to make tulips before (sorry I can't remember the original artist). I used the owl body punched 4 times and cut two of those to give 2 extra petals for each tulip. I hand cut the stems, flowers and grass and crumpled and sponged each of those. The black stamen are owl feet. The backgrounds are both made using the Distressed Texturz plate, for the card base I put crumb cake ink on the plate before running it through and for the white I sponged some crumb cake on after it was embossed. The edges were distressed with the Cutter Kit tool. The red hemp was distressed and the ovals were crumpled and sponged too.
