Thanks, Kim, for this cool challenge. I (heart) hearts!!!!
I have been thinking about this design for a couple of weeks and just have not put it to paper. Only a few of the hearts did I stamp, most were either punched with the SU! heart punch or cut out from the dp. I used the SU! scallop punch for the white trim. I also used a Rose Red marker for the faux stitching.
I'll tell ya......when I look at my DGS, I have so much love for him that I can just imagine opening up one of my pockets and watching imaginary hearts flow out and surround him! KWIM?
What do you think?

Lovely card - it brings back memories of the little girl I used to mind - sometimes I would find her pocket full of little punched hearts. Not as pretty as yours, mind you .
