Can you believe I don't have a single cherry stamp? I think there's a scrap of paper somewhere, but once a cook, always a cook so my next stop was to bake a fresh cherry pie with the pick of Jerry's crop. That should get him ahead of Chantrey etc, although by rights I suppose I should be rooting for the French side .
A2 base. Background is RubberNecker's Ticking, stamped with black on white, edges rounded. Lacy Square cut from a scrap of Bazzill Bling. Image and sentiment stamped on white card. The pie was coloured with distress inks (Soot Black, Vintage Photo, Scattered Straw) with Glossy Accents on the pie dish and a quick brush with Bronze Perfect Pearls to add some glaze to the pie-crust. Sentiment cut with Labels 10, sponged with Brilliance Poppy. A Sizzix foliage spray had cherry blossoms added, and I added tiny gems to the sentiment. This will head to CO this week.
Of course you know I brought cherry pie along for you all .

Sabrina! How lovely to bring a pie today! Your cherry blossoms are gorgeous, and I love the ticking in the bg. Those wee pink gems seem to give a lil *kiss* to your card. Adorably cute! Hugs.....

Your card is so sweet and cheery, and cherry, too. I am sure this is a cherry pie for Shari. Yum, this pie looks good, I am wishing I had a piece of it, just looking at it makes me hungry. Watch out for those cherry pitts flying through the air. We have some wild ones here today.
