Today is Tuesday & the teapotter’s mission is to bring cards with cherries for Shari, a young woman battling breast cancer. I brought a border of stemmed cherries, freshly picked & a box of chocolate covered cherries, the best kind. J.J. Cherry has figured out that every woman loves chocolate & he is marketing these in time for Valentine’s Day. Romance, chocolate, sweetness – how can he fail?
The inside sentiment of my card reads:
When you are having a bad day, a nibble of chocolate will cheer you up.
When you are having a really bad day, it may take more.
However, if you reach the point where you are drinking chocolate syrup right out of the can, itÂ’s time to go home.
Hoping Shari has only good days in her battle, not “nibbling” days & certainly not “chocolate syrup” days.

Ooooh! Yummmm! Chocolate covered cherries. One of my favorites. A darling card - love the way you did the borders with the little cherries. Your sentiment inside is sweet too.
