The technique Rock and Roll was used for this card. Ink the stamp with a light color then roll the edges in a darker color. Directions are in the TLC43.
Just one of the flowers is cut out and attached to the card for a dimensional look. It really stands out nice in real life. It’s a very quick card to put together and even more so without layers…but I love layers!
